Annual Awards Celebrate Standout Commercial Real Estate Projects and Transactions Across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2026-- CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP), a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, analytics, and digital twins in the property markets, is accepting nominations for the sixth annual CoStar Impact Awards. The CoStar Impact Awards identify and highlight exemplary commercial real estate transactions and projects that have had a significant impact on neighborhoods or submarkets across 129 major markets in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. The awards will recognize projects and transactions completed in 2026, as selected by a panel of industry professionals drawn from each respective market.

Winners from each market will be chosen based on the following categories in the United States and Canada: Lease of the Year, Commercial Development of the Year, Multifamily Development of the Year, Redevelopment of the Year and Sale/Acquisition of the Year. Projects and transactions will be evaluated based on their impact, including how they have driven growth, supported diversification, and addressed unique market challenges. Honorees will receive a customized trophy and be featured across the CoStar platform and marketing channels.

Examples of winners from the 2026 CoStar Impact Awards include the planned conversion of an underused downtown Vancouver office building into a 180-room boutique hotel to help address the city’s lodging shortage; a major City of London building reuse project that paired an innovative redesign with a pre-leasing strategy to secure a financial services tenant for the entire property; the transformation of a vacant Salt Lake City medical office building into 96 affordable apartments with a tenant-wealth model designed to help residents build equity; and a new waterfront headquarters campus in Baltimore that revitalized a formerly contaminated industrial site and restored public access to the harbor.

For those looking to submit their work for awards consideration, CoStar Group is now accepting nominations through the CoStar Impact Awards website. Nominations will be accepted through January 31, 2027 using CoStar’s new streamlined submission form.
